“Muir Woods was closed on the day of the tour, something the company knew beforehand but we didn't. Because of this, the tour went to another place called Armstrong Redwoods that was further away. This meant that the tour would end a lot later than the advertised time. We had the option to cancel and get a refund or accept the new schedule.
