“This trip was suggested by a New Yorker saying that it was worth your time and the guide was funny and informative, and that you got to see a lot of NYC from the water. Boy Howdy, she was right. It was absolutely up there with visiting the Statue of Liberty. The guide had lived in the area for his whole life, so he knew things that were historical and entertaining. You could hear him over the loud speakers clearly whether you were inside or outside, and he was funny. Personally, I would do the 2.5 hour cruise over the 1.5 hour cruise because you saw way more and it…”

“Although not overly dear! Windows are dirty which made for difficult seeing, not enough seating, found the constant pressures and small sayings asking for tips and the need to pay 40.00 more to get the next VIP. I understand it’s about making a profit however at what expense to loose customers. It would be hard for me to make a recommendation. Not enough staff to serve drinks as well as food and snacks”

“Booked the experience for my mom and I to do when she came for thanksgiving as I recently had ACL and meniscus repair and walking isn’t the easiest right now. Requested a seat prior to booking where I’d be able to keep my locked brace straight. I was sat in the middle of the aisle, where every single person who was making their way to the bow of the ship had to move around me, or I had to move my leg. Had I sat with my leg under the table, I would’ve had my back turned to 90% of the sights. There were other seat options at my group…”
