He even pointed out a nest with several baby gators, which was a real highlight! We felt completely safe the entire time, and the ride was both thrilling and incredibly enjoyable. The one thing that was a bit of a negative was that when I was at the office checking in, the two representatives were publicly arguing leaving me waiting instead of attending me. I had to find another rep to assist me instead as the two kept arguing. Still the tours were great, just the office team needs a little retraining.”

“This tour picks up and drops off in downtown Miami, which was very convenient. There was not much of a tour on the bus drive over, the bus driver was quite standoffish, and everyone was confused when we arrived at the park due to a lack of organization or clear instructions about what to do and when. The airboat tour was cool, the wildlife show was meh (felt weirdly exploitative of the animals). Overall the value was in the transportation from the city for those visiting Miami without a car.”

“The tour was great from pick up to drop off. We were promptly picked up in a large shuttle bus and safely transported to the tours. We did the 10:20 trip which after pic up and arrival we learned we still had ~40+ mins before the actual tour started. I would recommend bringing lunch of at the very least snacks. There is also some snack food for sale in the gift shop. The tour was fabulous. Our guide was great and was a wealth of knowledge. It was 49 degrees so we only saw two small gators but still had a fabulous time and would do it again. My son…”
