“Overall great experience that I’m glad I found. However, one major critique I have is that there was not enough food. It was advertised as a buffet but the food did not stay out for a long time. At least an announcement could have been made from the front about last call before the show starts. When my partner and I went back to grab more, we were told “there’s no more food”. That’s unacceptable given what we paid for the experience. A buffet implies endless access to the food.”

“Food was great! Waiters and waitresses were VERY ATTENTIVE. Nice easy location to get to. If you’re sitting in general admission area, you don’t get a good view of the stage- so about 2/3 of the stage performance is clipped off of our visual sites. Maybe build up the area in terraces. This was the4th luau we’ve attended on different islands- the WORST ONE FOR WATCHING THE SHOW. Another idea- build up the stage higher!”

“We spent a great day with Summer. She provided lively informative highlights of the island as we drove to our stops. Pearl Harbor was a sobering memorial. A must see for all Americans. Highlight was the Polynesian village. The day was long but Summers quick wit it flew by.”

“We booked for an outdoor event so we could experience everything and 2 hrs before the event they moved it inside. We did not sign up for an inside event. We were given no choices on different nights or refunds. We attempted to cancel with the hotel and were unable to do we contacted viator and they would not issue a refund either. Definitely not worth it. The people (performers)were super nice though”
