“Our guide in Washingoton, Jose, was amazing! Walking encyclopedia! Huge knowlege but still fun! The only thing zhat was not good, is that tour was in the end in two languages, spanish and english, and majority of the group was spanish although I've booked tour in english. So guide in the bus first explained everything in spanish and by the time we got to english we were far away from what he was talking about.”

“Overall tour experience was averagely disappointing. It feels a bit of rip of money, as tour guide was giving info in two languages, thus not telling a lot about objects, history, context etc. Feels like a bunch of wikipedia facts. There is not much customer service too, as the bus broke down and the passengers were sitting for more than an hour, later tour was reduced of that time, so no museums, no inside liberty bell as there were no time for that. Tour guide did not make any efforts to explain the situation, or offer alternatives. The bus is old, very hot inside, no water is offered in the…”

“Andreas was main tour guide, but there were also 2 other women guides. 1 woman was aggressive and arguementative and the other Chinese guide kept running after the travellers hurrying them along, to the point she kept looking under toilet doors to hurry us up at restroom breaks. We overheard the main guide and driver discussing on departure that we would not have time to do a part of the tour, and commented that "they will just have to get up earlier in the morning then". This made sense when arriving in Canada that to our disbelief they said that we would not be going to the falls that night…”
